A gym is a place of questions.

Will I have fun?

Will I be safe?

Will I learn?

Will I be respected?

We always answer these questions.

If encouraged children will develop their bodies in ways that bring self-esteem and joy. Our coaches offer possibilities. The children choose the moves that feel right for them. For forty years, we have worked with and learned from infants, children, and adults, and together, we have pursued acrobatics with a shared enthusiasm that develops talented athletes. The children who began with Rudy as infants continue attending as teachers who bring their children to the classes.

Be lighter. Jump higher have more time to move. All this happens on one of the most forgiving and safe surfaces - the bed of a trampoline. Jump, you decide how low or how high. If you need help, the coach is always prepared. A small adjustment will keep you safe, confident, and eager to continue.

Safety: Rudy has been coaching for 50 years

and has safely spotted thousands of people. He has coached children as young as one and adults in their 80’s. With each person supervised trampolining created a good experience because each action has an immediate beneficial response

Moms, Dads and Caregivers are always welcome in the gym. If you decide to participate, you can stretch with us, try out the equipment and learn about spotting and coaching. You can stay and observe. Or you can drop off the kids.

Fell free to talk to me about your children and the class. I look forward to getting to know you and your family.

A Safe Gym

It is a challenge to form a trusting relationship with many children, each having different personalities and interests. It is also a challenge to maintain safety in a high-energy environment where kids are exploring movement that includes bouncing, leaping, and flipping.

Safety is based on how well the coach and child communicate. To create excellent communication, the coach must watch, learn, and responded to needs quickly. A child that is being listened to and acknowledged is happy and learns gracefully.

Eventually, the children know how to trust and support themselves. The coach offers them many ways to do what they want to do and helps them find interesting things that they never imagined they could do. It is a pleasure to be with children when they confidently fly through the air, knowing that a safe landing awaits them.
